nope here. sounds delightful. If you're not going for anything above 10%,make sure you sterilize and campden.

I made a batch with half apple juice and half peach juice and I really like it. Peach goes with apple very well IMHO.

I did but I think I didn't let them ripen enough; had to sweeten it on the backend a decent amount. The taste was very light. Haven't tried it yet since through a series of unfortunate events (read: bottle bombs) my batch kersploded. So all I have to go on is my plastic tester bottle and what I recall from tastings during gravity checks and back sweetenings

I put peaches in my primary.. Then dumped some honey in the secondary. Best cider made to date. I suggest you back sweeten with wenches white grape peach concentrate to bring out the peach, otherwise it is pretty subtle.

I'd boil and stick them in primary. They fall apart as the yeast gobble them up and make a nasty mess.

So having my bottle bombs and lost the vast majority of my batch, what little I did have left was pretty amazing. It still had apple primary taste, aroma and sweetness of peach, finish of champagne (carbonation wise), really interesting and good (least friends and myself though). Had left all the floaties in there and everything

Didn't sound like you pasteurized on the stove. My cider has been aging in bottles the past couple of months and no issue.
