Can someone turn this recipe into an extract recipe? I know I love PBR. It's a great summer brew! Reminds me of old times and drinking under age!

Most people are afraid to admit it! I'm not ashamed-go ahead stone me! Of course, I had about 10 beers tonight. I kegged one and brewed two!

I assume that the "raw barley" is actually a malted barley, otherwise I don't see how this recipe could work.

Assuming that, you could replace the 10lb base malt with 6lbs of Pilsner DME or 7.5lbs of Pilsner LME. You can steep the Victory, but the rice would need to be mashed. You could try replacing it with some white table sugar - both will thin the beer out.

That aint Pabst. If PBR had even a oz of Cascade in I'd know it. It has a large percentage of corn grits. Even a partial mash would not work well because it would be the whole beer.

You can do something in the same style. A 60 minute hop addition to about 10 IBU. NO MORE HOPS! 30% Rice syrup and 70% Light extract. American Lager yeast. SHooting for about 4.6% ABV.
