hi. brewed a kind of experimental lambic thing with the last of my vienna malt some flaked and malted wheat and a bit of aromatic and special x, and split half with wyeast lambic blend and half with some trappist yeast and an old pack of gigayeast sour cherry funk which had partially frozen so might not have much viable in it.
However i boiled it too long and so its way higher og than id aimed for. think it was 085.
does anyone have any suggestion of whether to add water now or in the future or not bother and see what its like. i figure the lacto might struggle at that strength.
id intended on diluting the next day but i forgot and now is day 3

i know there are some strong lambics available

I would just let it go. My first sour was over 8% abv and soured extremely well. Worst case, taste after a couple months and then add the dregs of some Jolly Pumpkin or a sour that has extremely active cultures.
