Hey everyone -
I have a dIPA recipe that I made up and it tastes pretty damn good - just missing something . . .
I'm all about experimentation but not if it ruins my batch.
I've decided to add some orange peels near the end of my boil.
Is it safe to use freshly peeled orange peels or is it better for them to be dried?
Thanks a bunch,
Brady :rockin:
