I screwed up. I didn't check to see if I had my bottle capper when I tried to begin bottling. So OBVIOUSLY when I went to cap the first bottle, it was nowhere to be found. So, now I have a little under 5 gallons of beer in my bottling bucket with the priming sugar already in it. When it became clear I wasn't going to be able to find it, I put the lid on with airlock, and put the bucket aside. Am I ****ed? I thought about re-priming, but I have no idea how much to use. Trying to sell SWMBO on buying a keg, and trying the whole force carbing thing. :( Just trying to find out my options in this situation. Thanks.

you will be ok. Get a capper or keg system (full or tap-a-draft) and start the bottling process over. No big deal. An extra week or so in primary won't hurt a thing.
