I am going to be using the Omega Lacto Blend for a kettle sour this weekend and wondering if anyone has had any experience with it? Tips, tricks or things to know?
Starter/no starter?
Lactic acid to drop pH before pitching?

Nothing to really note :)

I did a starter, others don't. I didn't do lactic acid, surely some do. When I make my next kettle sour I won't bother with a starter either.

What yeast did you use for fermentation after the Lacto?
