I'm about to brew my first batch of beer in 7 years. I have all of my old transfer lines, auto siphon, gas tubing, etc. Should I replace all of the tubing and/or auto siphon? I have already soaked everything in OxiClean (no PBW on hand) and then again in StarSan (hopefully still good after 7 years), just not sure that is enough. Also, though about boiling the tubing in water to heat sanitize them all.

^ Yeah, what @day_trippr said to which I'll add; When I still used vinyl tubing, after washing and rinsing, Id leave the Star San soak till right before I needed it and not exceed a couple minutes because longer soaks will age the tubing faster. I switched out the hardware store 'food-grade' tubing for Bevlex 200 because it tends to last longer and doesn't soften or yellow or leave a plastic taste that a long Star San soak can cause. Bevlex only goes up to 3/8" though...not sure if there's another brand you can get in 1/2" with the same qualities....stopped looking for it though when I switched to EVABarrier, whose mention is inevitable in any thread on here about tubing, though it may not be appropriate for what you're working with but since I mentioned it, I'll get this out of the way:
You mention 'gas tubing'.. do you have CO2 gear and are kegging? If so, I noticed in your 'hello everyone' post that you have a fermonster and a big mouth bubbler. Not sure if this will work with the bubbler, but if you have CO2 gear and have an interest in eliminating cold-side O2 exposure, @Dgallo gave us this excellent mod: https://www.homebrewtalk.com/thread...lete-closed-transfer-system-for-cheap.680992/ that you could easily do with these bits from @Bobby_M : https://www.brewhardware.com/product_p/balllockbulk_floatingdiptube.htm and as far as kegging (if you're doing that) I'd recommend EVABarrier from the start so you don't buy stuff now that you'll just wanna replace.
Welcome back to the Fun! Tell us more about what you're working with.

As far as CO2 gear goes; I have a cylinder, regulator, corny, and a beer gun. I do not have a spare fridge or chest freezer atm, so I will be bottling with the beer gun. Essentially, autosiphon transfer to purged and sanitized corny keg dosed with bottling sugar, close up corny and purge headspace with CO2, pressurize and connect clean and sanitized beer gun, make it rain whilst trying to remember how to use said beer gun :), enjoy 2-3 weeks later. Since I am bottling, any residual oxygen will be scavenged by the yeast (hopefully).

My upgrade process will consist of 3 steps.
- Upgrade brewhouse to Clawhammer 110V or similar system
- Upgrade to Delta Pro Fermenters or similar that can handle 15 PSI
- Upgrade to full kegging system that can handle beers at 3.0 - 3.5 Volumes of CO2

Just not sure which order I want to complete these in.

Brew Hardware has 1/2" ID Bevlex.
