made a batch of ed's about six months ago...
left in primary for two long when i bottled the yeast was too far gone anyways the bottles didnt carb so ive been drinking one every now and then and tonight since it was cold i decided to drink some of these guys that were at room tempiture, What the f.... how strong are these ive only had about 12 and im so afraid for tomarrow morning yes im drinking water already

HAA! The first time we sampled (and accidentally got smashed) on Apfelwein, I described my hangover headache (and I never get hangovers) as the worst i've ever had. It felt as though I had gotten 'my head smashed between two bricks.' Hahaha.
