Houston would be 9-2, if that moronic rule about "you can't throw a challenge flag on a play that's automatically reviewed" didn't exist. Houston's a good team, don't get me wrong... but I'm more worried about the San Francisco game than the one against the Texans.

You can't say with certainty that they would've definitely lost.
Oh and 9-2 is still better than 8-3.

Yay, your team beat the jets. That's like bragging about beating a turtle in a foot race.

Somebody double-check my math, because this can't be right.

Is that ONE HUNDRED AND EIGHT points scored in the last two games? That's not right, is it? I mean, those are Arena League point totals! That's "video game on the 'half-retarded' difficulty setting"-level scoring.

I must be adding these numbers up wrong.

... like not starting to root for a *real* time when the Oilers left town...

Who? The useless Oilers?
I've actually always been a Pats fan. I've only recently in the past few years been proud of my home team. If the Pats are playing, I'm rooting for them. The exception will be when they play the Texans. Other than that, go NE! But this is the trash talk thread so disregard all that.

*sigh*

So, you didn't start rooting for your hometown team until they were good?

Really?

You're going to admit that you're a bandwagon hopper?

Let me guess; you kind of like Atlanta this year, too? And don't forget the Giants - you've got to root for the NFL Champions whenever they're playing, right?

*sigh*

Nope, just Patriots and Houston. Never anyone else.

that's one thing about Pats fan,,,most are very arrogant....where were they all before Brady?

Honestly? Most of us were reminiscing about the days of Steve Grogan and trying to convince ourselves that Drew Bledsoe could be an elite NFL quarterback.

Man, I remember how pissed off my dad and I both were when Belichick gave Bledsoe's job away to some punk kid after his injury - "you just don't give away a starting job due to injury!" Fast forward another year or two, compare exactly where Brady and Bledsoe went from there, and we had one of our first lessons on Belichick and personnel moves.

People up here in Washington were pissed about that too. Good WSU boy getting bumped by some bench-warming PUNK! :D

I don't know where they all were but I had been on the waiting list for season tickets for five years. Which is odd cause, according to the above piece of rocket science, the Pats had no fans. It's weird that I had to be on a waiting list for five years where there were no fans.

Wow, Bears toadally blow (out the Vikings). Hope the Hacks are ready next week, gonna be tough to comeback from a loss to (hahahaha) Miami. :ban:

Miami... that's just a funny word to say. Miami. :D

We play like that again I'm gonna go for a nice drive. But with this team its hard to figure out who is going to show up. Its funny though doesn't matter what coach what players or era we blow on the road.

Seattle totally got hosed on that roughing the passer call that negated the INT... BUT the only reason the blown call mattered is because they played bad enough that it made a difference. Can't defend them today. They had some great plays (Washington's return... Tate's acrobat catch... etc) but over all they stunk.

Agreed thanks Goodell for a ***** league. But Jesus Christ can we fire bevell already. How many times does Wilson have to make gains on first down before he stops calling run run run. Throw the damn ball on first down. I think after the first two series where the run game want happening that calls for a change but noooooooo keep doing what we were doing because obviously it was working

Hmmm... That's what you get with a game manager. Perhaps they could trade for someone like Mark Sanchez.

Wilson isn't a game manager. The fing O coordinator is an idiot. Wilson hasn't shown any reason for him not to sling it around on first down. It was insanity today I was having deja vu in the first half.

Ryan Fitzpatrick?

Irrelevant haha. Seriously lets not be retarded Wilson isn't a game manager. Its been the sticking point this season that Bevell needs to go he's way to vanilla for what this offense can do.

Has a coach ever been fired during a game? If not Norv Turner should be the first one.

They need to head down to the sidelines and escort him out of the building. Right now. Before the game is even over

Too bad you have to be going thru that. NFC game is much better. But they usually are.
