I'm trying to put together a brewday for tonight.

Looking for some suggestions on this oatmeal stout.

1.056 OG
1.019 FG
34 IBU
4.9% ABV
44 SRM
0.6 IBU/OG
5.5 gallon batch

9lb Maris Otter
1lb Flaked Oats
12oz Chocolate Malt
8oz Midnight wheat
8oz Roasted Barley
8oz Caramel Malt 80L

1oz Northern Brewer at 60 minutes
.5 oz EKG at 15 minutes (I want a little hop flavor in my stout).

Using S-04 yeasts. Will probably mash at 154F.

Any suggestions?

Looks great to me. You may dry out farther than 1.019 if you mash at 154, so you may want to adjust up, but that will depend on your system.

The brew day went well. Had my first stuck sparge (batch sparge), but I just stirred it up, vorlaufed and it finished.

I ended up with a bit too much boiled off, so I had 5 gallons (instead of 5.5) and 1.059 instead of 1.056.

Yeast is doing it's job as we speak.
