oat meal stout

Hi I'm thinking og doing a clone wake n bake oatmeal stout (extract) and was wondering what d.m.e would be the best to replace in the grain bill for th 2 row pale malt wich is the majority of the base I would use if I did all grain (about 71%) my guess would be light but I'm not sure. Going to use flakes oats flakes barley, chocolate malt, black barley and black patent malt as as the jittery Iowa wake n bake coffers, 1 whole fresh vanilla bean and maybe a little dark chocolate. Want it to be dark and just wondering if light d.m.e would be good base to use instead of the 2 row.

Light DME would be the appropriate replacement for the two-row malt in the recipe, usually .6 pound of DME for each pound of base malt.
