Lasy Sunday means trouble! Had odds and ends laying around. Anyone make this before?

1 lb. Brides Caramel 40

9.15 gold malt syrup

2oz Chinook at 60

2 oz Chinook at 20

2 oz Chinook at 5

Safe ale US-05

So It's off the stove and in the bucket. Smells HOPPY! Should know in six weeks what it's going to taste like. Figure what the hell so I am going to dry hop it with 2 more oz of Chinook at 14 days.. Love the adventure of this hobby!
 
brewpal is telling me 139 IBU on 5 gal. batch, which should make that Chinook punch you right in the face, with that citrusy spicey resiny goodness. Enjoy that one, I bet it will taste great.
