Last year I made an amber ale that was probably one of the best I have ever done. I wanted to re-create that malt bill but change up the hop bill. Last years version was bittered with Nugget and later additions of Centennial and Willamette.

A few weeks ago I had the Green Flash Imperial IPA which I enjoyed which has that hop combo, so decided to try it. The malt bill is exactly the same as previous batch except addition of golden promise malt amount due to increased efficiency since last time.

Let me know what you think. Recipe calculated for 6 gallons and 72% efficiency.
