My second brew's been in the keg for a week. When I kegged it it had a slight fruity taste, which I'm not to keen on but I thought oh well variety is the **** of life. I thought it may tone down, mellow out if left. I've just sampled it now and I'm not sure if I'm being paranoidbut I'm sure I can taste the dreaded turps tatse. It's only my second brew so I've not tasted it before.
Is it time to ditch it so I can use the keg for an up and coming brew?
