My review is one of those on their site. I brewed the extract kit and am very impressed, slightly hoppy and definately malty although it did not turn out as smooth as I'd like.
 
I would think the honey would dry it out a bit. I would go with more dme if anything.
 
How about making it an Irish Dubble and adding 1# Dark Candi Syrup and 2# of the sparkling amber DME?
