Yeah Either 80/20 or 70/20/10 would work fine. Just avoid dryhoping during fermentation with spelt or oats. I've noticed that alot of you guys seem to be using spelt and I've been meaning to give it a try. Do you think this recipe would work? Omitting the oats all together? Or should I go for a 10% addition of oat malt as well?
