If you have had this then you know that it is very tasty. I would like to clone it but am having major difficulties figuring out a good recipe. All my research and an email from the brewery have only gotten me this much info.
There are 4 grains used, one of which is 2-row and one of which is "Midnight Barley." 3 types of hops, Cascade, Centennial, and Saaz but I don't know how much of what and when. The brewer told me in his email that they dryhop but didn't give any other details. Belgian candi sugar is used and the brewer at least told me that they use Wyeast 3522 Belgian Ardennes. He also said the OG should be 1.092. I know the ABV on this is 9.3% with 75 IBUs. Anyone have anything at all to add?
