I'm brewing an English IPA this week that has around 14# of grain. I'm looking for a pre-boil volume of 7 gallons. I punched in my numbers to http://www.brewheads.com/batch.php and it looks like my strike volume is 4.38 gallons and sparge is 4.17. Usually I have around a one gallon "mash out" with 180f water to bring up the temp before I collect my first runnings. This time it's just the strike and sparge water. Will this be sufficient clean all the sugars off the grain?

You don't need to do a mash out with batch sparging anyway, as the first round of sparge water can just be hotter which would work as a mash-out. A mash-out doesn't really "clean all the sugars off of the grain". A mash-out raises the temperature of the grainbed to denature the enzymes. Because you're not fly sparging, it's not necessary anyway.
