In my beginning stages of brewing I made a recipe from Welches grape juice.

It was 6.5 gallons and 4lbs of sugar, I know rocket fuel. Some what of a mistake.

Its been 2 months and one week..

I see a tiny amount of bubbles still in the carboy, but cant wait long enough to time the airlock activity. I'm sure it could be once every two minutes possibly.

Would this be safe to bottle? Im not carbing it. With the tiny bubbles maybe it might fizz a little by itself? Any idea if its safe to bottle?:drunk:

Personally I wouldn't! User K-Sorbate and campden tablets to stop fermentation if you want to bottle it.

Righty Ho.

Well your current rate of fermentation I really wouldn't bottle. I'd let it sit for a good while longer. Is it need right away?

If you bottle, you'll blow all the corks off. Fermentation has to be done before bottling. The only way to ensure fermentation is done is to take a s.g.
