So it's update time again....
I just weighed the keg and since I reackon it has only about a litre left so I thought this would be a good time to tell you its story, details below:
As above primed with 100g sugar for 10 litres then,
Hot water cupboard - 23 PSI @ approx 22 deg C for a few weeks....
Fridge - dropped to about 20 PSI @ about 6 deg C after a few days.....
then I got restless and tried it out and it was awesome (I changed my lines down to 10' of 4 mm tube)
Now it is at 7.5 PSI @ 6 deg C with only a litre left so that puts it nearly spot on as per my calculations (which I must post sometime).
It has been pretty good, a bit of a weird taste to it but the bottles taste the same so I put it down to the brew not the method!
So all in all I would say success, I just need to get better a brewing (i.e. get out of can and kilo kits!)
The pour at the end is a bit slow but it's not really a deal breaker for me
