Making the following recipe

8# 2row
3# corn
1# flaked barley

1 oz cascade (15 min)
1 centennial (5 min)
1 oz citra flame out/ whirlpool
1 oz galaxy

Unfortunately every LHBS is out of citra for 2 weeks.
I can’t wait to brew, so I grabbed Mosaic.
Do mosaic and galaxy mix?
Does mosaic mix with the other hops?

Or what can I use instead of citra???

I can't remember where but I saw an article that someone did mixtures of hops to get the character of a single hop. Citra was one of them. They used two hops in combination and got a very close Citra flavor and aroma. Unfortunately I don't remember which 2 hops either.

Maybe a Google search could come up with the article.

Give Falconer's Flight a try it runs around 11% alpha acid and has a lot of citrus and tropical aroma. The acid content is pretty close to citra so a 1:1 substitution should get close to what your original recipe was.

Hop Variety Handbook by Dan Woodske: Citra Good substitutes: None - Truly unique.

Idk, but see my previous post about blends to mimic a single hop.
