I just brewed a honey wheat extract 2 days ago. after 24 hours I was getting about 1 bubble in my airlock every 5 minutes, I lifted the very edge of the lid and checked it was foaming and sounded like a frying pan from all the bubbling. after 48 hrs the water is level even in the airlock and lifted the lid and no foam, no activity. I also added about 1.5 lbs of local honey at the end of boil, my SG is a 62. I changed the room temp from 75 to 68, will that shock the yeast? do I need to pitch more yeast? it was a brewers best kit with 6gm munton dry pack. please tell me its not ruined.
