BTW Farmhouse Brewing has Citra and Mosaic 2012 and is taking pre orders for Amarillo 2013 and will have it in stock soon.

Suggestions? Take a chill pill?

Not sure where you're looking, but all of those hops are pretty easy to find online as either last year's whole or pellets or this year's whole. This year's pellets aren't out yet.
