next brew

OK First brew is bottled and in the closet now. Looking at want i want to brew next. I'm looking at the Honey Kolche's but cant decide which company. Going with the suggestion from a previous post as to Austin or northwest but wasnt sure if one company was any better than the other or one's instructions were any better. thanks in advance

I have my second batch of home brew in a secondary now. It was the honey kolsch from Northern Brewer. Instructions were very straight forward....wort tasted good now, 2 weeks in the primary. We'll see how it is after it hits the bottle for a couple weeks+, but right now it looks very promising.

Ive heard good things about both only used Northern and recommed them.Much better beers now.
