Hi all,

Recently got my hands on a used Sabco Brew Magic v350 system. It needs a good cleaning and I'm hoping to replace gaskets, tubing, and a couple other parts. So with that I have a couple questions I want to throw out there to see if anyone has an idea...

1) Is Sabco still a functioning company? Their website has a parts store, but crashes when I try to check out. Contact phone numbers and emails lead to disconnected lines and unanswered messages or defunct emails. The contact form on their page also doesn't turn anything up.
2) Does anyone have, or know, where I can find any kind of documents? Instructions for use, assembly, anything. I know there was a reddit that linked some .pdfs, but the links are now dead. Accidentalis has some great stuff and there is some stuff on youtube as well from various sources, but nothing comprehensive. I know how to use it, for the most part. I would just like something tangible.

Also, if you are an owner of one of these systems I would love to connect.

I have owned and brewed on a brew magic v350 for the last 10 years. It's a great system for repeatable, single person brewing. If you have any specific questions, send me a message and I will do my best to answer. I am looking to sell the system as I am moving on from the hobby but as long as I have it, I can try to help.

Thanks! I'm still getting it cleaned up and ready to brew. Hopefully I'll get a brew down in the next few weeks and I'm sure I'll have some questions.

Once you are ready, brew a batch of water to get a feel for how all of the valves work and how the liquid flows at each step before you brew your first beer.
Agreed! Going to do a PBW and rinse cycle through it to help get a feel while simultaneously cleaning everything out.
