Hi,

I started brewing in 2010 using extract kits. Within 3 months I was off the kits and onto my own recipes. I brewed every weekend, sometimes twice in a weekend, that winter. I slowed down to a batch/month or so for the last year. I just got back to brewing very frequently, I started all grain brewing in mid November, and have my 5th and 6th batches of all grain fermenting now. I like to buy grains in bulk, my 1st 55 lb sack of Maris Otter is down to about 20 lbs left. I like to help others, but I still have a lot to learn about brewing in general.
