I honestly think it's that I need a lower pot. I have to turn it all the way up to start the fan... it's basically on or off. I don't have the wiring diagram but that part is stupid simple. The hot leads into the middle post and the hot wire for the fan is on the left post. The ground wire is straight into the fan. The yellow RPM wire isn't connected to anything
