Experimenting with 1kg jaggery, 1kg boiled rice, extract taken by boiling tomatoes, ginger, lemon, few herbs of own choice and 4kg table sugar converted into syrup.. In a 20liter container.. One days has passed and the its fermenting like crazy.. I'm having vibes that this thing will be strong dry.. Will post the fermentation video soon. Cheers [emoji482]

It doesn't look appealing to me. Let us know how it comes out.

A few observations:
If you didn't mash or ferment the rice beforehand it isn't contributing any sugars, just starch.
So basically this is a spiced up sugar wash. Hot and fast fermentation creates lots of higher (fusel) alcohols, that don't taste good.

Are you going to distill this?

No.. Distillation is illegal at my place. It was good, i was drunk [emoji56]. see I'm after cheap way to get drunk and malted grains are also not found in my area. All i can get is fruits.

Beverages based on fermented fruits are generally referred to as "wine."

Since you have access to (lots of) fruit, that would be a much better start than drinking sugar wash often referred to as 'prison hooch.' I've had many homebrew/small batch fruit wines, most were sumptuous, a few an acquired taste. One thing they had in common was they were all fairly high in alcohol. Like a 15% ABV Gooseberry (dessert) wine. A true experience and proof of how good well crafted alcoholic beverages can taste.
