Roggenbier. About 50% rye, the rest 2-row, Munich I, and a bit of Carafa III. Triple Perle hops, pitched Lallemand Munich. BIAB, didn't use rice hulls, draining was a ******. I'll learn.

Made my first Roggenbier a few weeks ago. Same experience as yours - draining took forever. So would you add rice hulls next time even though it's BIAB?

Man, I’m not a big fan of NEIPA’s but this picture is making me reconsider!
For some reason I’m craving lemon meringue pie right now.

That's some wonderful lacing! I've never had the pleasure of drinking a Two Hearted Ale and I'm honestly not the biggest IPA fan, but that looks damn sexy. Cheers!
Thank you. I think this is a great beer for people that don't love IPA. It's very balanced and kind of "orangey". Sorry I'm not great at describing flavors lol.
