Nice. I have been making a no boil wheat beer recently. I keg it after 6 days and by 14 it's gone. I love the no boil style, have a NEIPA on the go now.No Boil HefeView attachment 598104
Love to hear that NEIPA result. Did you boil hops on the side?Nice. I have been making a no boil wheat beer recently. I keg it after 6 days and by 14 it's gone. I love the no boil style, have a NEIPA on the go now.
How can it be a failed attempt when it was a tasty brewView attachment 599727
A failed attempt at a pineapple blonde. Regardless, a tasty brew (LME was old hence the amber color).
Love to hear that NEIPA result. Did you boil hops on the side?
HB No Boil Hefe Batch II. This is more spicy/clovey. Got a bit cooler here.View attachment 598992
I use RO then add 1/4tsp or so of gypsum/Calcium Chloride.Curious on the no boil water are you using treatments for chlorine? Or other options?
It was a failed attempt in the sense that it didn’t taste like pineapple. I basically missed what I was shooting for but the end product still tasted good. How can it be a failed attempt when it was a tasty brew
