An American Wheat beer I brewed a few weeks ago that came out surprisingly good.

Plus it's been a hit with The Spousal Unit - always a win when that happens

Centennial Pale

Hazy pale ale with hibiscus and orange peel added in the boil. Secondary saw frozen raspberries, tart cherry and cranberry juice. Clocks in around 4.6% and makes for a great summer patio beer!

I don't think I wrote a recipe for this but it was just a quick blonde ale (all grain) with a rare use of S-04 for me. I think it was maris otter, red wheat, and just a little honey malt. I'm much more excited for the IPA I have in primary right now
