the flavor is wonderful and you wouldn't even know it's 7.8% ABV!!

OK, we have had stouts for a while, Left Hand put out a regular ale, Guiness put an "IPA" on nitro... when will someone make an Irish Red on nitro that I can try???

You'll need a new tank/regulator as well to feed the nitro/beer gas mix (usually 70/30 or 75/25 mix of Nitro to CO2). Nitro kegs are fed gas completely separate from CO2.I may just have to look into converting one of the taps to a stout tap...
