Brewing Classic Styles Dry Stout. Bottle conditions to about 2 volumes, suprisingly pours/settles a lot like a Guinness.

First time brewing a porter. Very tasty!

What kind of bottle are you using there?
An Ambrée Bière de Garde that's been lagering in the kegerator for a couple months

my porter.
for being pretty dark dark brown/black in the glass, it looks pretty good up to a light.
it's only been in bottles for 10 days, and the head isn't very developed yet, but i wanted to taste my new recipe. the lacing is pretty nice, just doesn't stay long.
all in, all, i'm pretty proud of this one.
I stayed in Grand Island last November when I was doing some work at the ethanol plant in Wood River...I really liked the IPA and Vanilla Porter from Thunderhead Brewing (in The Chicken Coop)!
