Dang that wheat on the top is super clear! Did you have to use finings? Thinking of doing something similar as a lager and I’d like it clearA almost (30%wheat) wheat a 4.5% crusher.

Brewed for early summer but going quick.
I did use gelatin for first time to see what the hype was about. It works apparently. Was a test to see how much of the T-58 yeast character was stripped away; my perception it did take some of the yeast flavor but is still largely present.Dang that wheat on the top is super clear! got myself a perlick adjustable flow with foamer, works great and you can pour an over carbed beer with the flow adjustment. I need to put a hose on it and pour from bottom of glass similar to the british cask pubs. They might make one but i am cheap. Won't be the same as a cask pour but would be close without buying some more equipment.Been playing with my stout spout and British pale ale. It probably needs a drop in carbonation so it doesn't take three separate pours for a two third pint but my word, what a difference knocking out the carbonation makes.
A really rather good approximation of a hand pump, and a very pretty drink.
This is only $4.25. Very handy. Still too spendy?put a hose on it and pour from bottom of glass similar to the british cask pubs. They might make one but i am cheap.

Add some ingredients to the order to spread the cost, and enjoy even better pours!the shipping costs more than the part
