%100 Whole Leaf Cascade - Maris Otter Smash (%6 abv)
I can say it was the best ipa I've ever made.
(I used a total of 400 g of hops for 25 liters. Half of that was for dry hopping by the way)

This is a weird one. Maris Otter, 10L crystal, WLP500, a little table sugar, Columbus bittering, crystal finishing, 80+ IBU, fermented warm.

Extremely sessionable. Beersmith claims 5.9%.

Maybe "sessionable" means one thing to other people and another thing to me. The ABV isn't tiny, but this stuff goes down like iced tea. Very hard to resist refilling the glass.

Enjoying this while brewing an azacca smash pale ale.
Looks good! that looks like more than just chill haze though. Did you hotside fine it at all? And did you dryhop and if so when?

One of my last brews I made before taking a 2+ year break...this stout has been 'aging' for nearly 2 1/2 years! Still very tasty, maybe even better than before...I wonder where the peak time would be?

This is my favorite stout and is my version of "The Czar's Revenge" from Brewing Classic Styles.

My German pilsner, was a bit of a odd recipe, called for acid malt, its ok, it will get drank
