Glad I found this site. By way of an intro my wife and our family are trying live as much as a self-sustainable life as possible. I work in the bulk foods industry and I love to cook. We recently bought ourselves a pressure canner and I am having quite some fun with that.

My homebrew interests are mostly wine for culunary uses and I would like to make my own hard cider.
