Salut @jackused . Tu-habites quelle partie de la france? Moi j'habite dans le Morbihan 56, pas loin de Redon 35, où, à l'instant, tout est inondé. Mais, comme français n'est pas ma première langue et, puisque on jase sur un forum anglophone, je continue en anglais.
It's always interesting to chat with another French brewer. I think we have our own difficulties getting ingredients for some of the styles. I'm about to try to reproduce Thiriez' Blonde d'esquelbecq- the yeast is the tricky bit, but I thinkkk I've got everything I need, now. What about you? What are you brewing at the moment and what kinds of beer do you like to drink?

Welcome from another brewer in France! I live in Burgundy (58). I also have the BrewZilla 35L gen 4.1 but chose the FermZille Conical 27L instead of the AllRounder. I've been brewing since november last year, so very new to the hobby. Yesterday, I brewed my 5th beer
No kegerator yet, alas, I'll have to save up for that.
