New Brewer from Melbourne, Australia

Hi guys. My mates bought me a brewcraft home brew kit for a belated 21st birthday present which i received last saturday. I've never made a home brew before in my life but i'm a passionate beer drinker so this is right up my alley.

I've currently got some cascade pale ale that's been fermenting for 2 days now. I can't wait to learn some of the finer arts of brewing from this site and from all of you.

Ive been trying to put together a good Austrailian ale recipe...are there some beers that may be local that dont get shiped to the US..if so maye try and sniff out some recipes !
