Have been brewing for about 3months now. Mostly making beer from near beer. Got a couple of all grain kits in so I will be needing some help there. Supplies are limited here but I am a master of making due.

welcome! please ask away, we're here to help.

what do you mean by "Mostly making beer from near beer" - do you add sugar and yeast to a near beer?

are you a kuwati, or are you an ex-pat? what is it like to brew in Kuwait? how underground is your brewing? met any other brewers there?

I'm an expat. Originally from South Carolina. Yes, add sugar, yeast and a handfull of hops. Operations are a little bit underground but it's not as bad as some of the middle east countries. I know a few people making beer and wine here. Mostly Ausie's and Brits.

cool. you're in the equivalent of the wild west of brewing :mug:

feel free to ask away in the appropriate sub-forums when you figure out what your questions are. best of luck!
