I am doing the Regal Pale Ale recipe from the AHA Big Brew. I received 1 oz. Wakatu Hop Pellets and 1 oz Nelson Sauvin along with the Nugget and Cascade from Northern Brewer. I should have received 2 oz of Nelson Sauvin per the recipe. Should I use the Wakatu in the boil instead of the Nelson Sauvin or in the dry hop?

I read that Nelson Sauvin (11.4% AA) gives a "crushed gooseberry" aroma while the Wakatu (7.1% AA) has "floral notes atop freshly zested lime".

I personally like the Nelson Sauvin in the boil at 5min.
Dry hop with the cascade and Wakatu.

I got a note from NB. They said they made a mistake and are sending me the Nelson Sauvin for the dry hop. I used the Nelson Sauvin they did send for the boil.
