Does anyone have a tried and true recipe they have used to feature this hope was thinkig of using biermunchers centenial blonde grain bill with the nelsons in place of cascade

I've got the following on tap - highly unusual but delicious. It's a pseudo-clone of Brewery Vivant's Big Red Coq Belgian red IPA. (I've only had it once and their website gives no info about ingredients.) I wanted something blood red for Halloween, and this is what I came up with.

7 lbs. Belgian Pilsner
6 lbs. 10L Munich
1 lb. 80L Caramunich

1 oz. Nelson Sauvin @ 60
1 oz. Nelson Sauvin @ 15
2 oz. Nelson Sauvin @ 5

Wyeast Trappist High Gravity yeast cake from a blonde

OG: 1.068
FG: 1.014
IBUs: 80
ABV: 7.2%

It tastes kind of like an Irish red, a tripel, an APA, and a bottle of sauvignon blanc all mixed up together. I like it, but it may not be for all.
