Hydrometer reading after 6 days fermenting. Reading 1.018 about 5.4%abv. Smells amazing peachy Citrus notes and hoppy. Tasted on point too. Happy with color as well. Should finish mid 6%. I think I may have gotten a bad OG reading, was about 1.058. But I don't think I had enough fluids in it. Should have been more around high .065-.070. Hoping to get gravity down with a 3-5 more days in primary with dry hop at end. Then transfer to secondary. Should be no reason to move this to a secondary. You should have already added a round of dry hops. Mine are always in the keg by day 7-10 depending on my free time. They usually need a couple days from there to mellow out, but are good to drink around day 12.

I will have to add a round today then. Added just an oz of citra during high Krausen. Then bottle maybe Thursday. Secondary is a big mouth bubbler with spigot. It's going in there refardless

I did 6oz of dry hops. 1oz ea of Citra, Mosaic, and Galaxy at 48hrs after pitch and another round 3 days before packaging. It's scrumptious.
