Here is a list of what I have

8warrior
10 nugget
6 ctz
6 centennial
3 cascade old
6 mosaic c
6 citra c
2 Chinook c
3 jarrylo
6 gr Polaris
2 007 golden hop
4 exp grapefruit

All numbers are ounces and the ones with the c are still cryo sealed. Everything else has been open a year or less.

Any suggestions on combinations and ideally I would like to use the old stuff first.

Cascade and Citra pair very well together...I've personally paired them in my pale ale and American Wheat and have been very happy with the results.

Mosaic will also do well with C hops...bitter with Chinook then all late additions of Citra, Cascade and Centennial would also produce some good hop aroma and flavor.

Hope this helps!

My other concern is are the hops to old at this point. They are in resealable bags with are squeezed out and in a freezer. But I recently read about older hops can oxidize your beer
