Just ordered the Brickwarmer to brew for a family function coming up soon. Should have thought about this sooner but here I am scrambling to get it done in time. The recipe kit should arrive 12/9 and I need it ready by 1/3. I've read if people fermenting this for 2-3 weeks and being fine. I plan on kegging but I'm looking for some advice for a good schedule as far as how long I could ferment for and be able to get it carbed in time. The first and only beer I've kegged got much better after it stayed in the keg for a while but that was carbed around 30 psi for 2 days so I'd like to be able to get this one tasting good as soon as possible
