Hello All;

So it's been cold all over as everyone has seen and I wanted to use my garage it usually stays at a balmy 40-45 degrees, and during the winter I do my lager brew and such well I moved my homebrew from the basement and into the garage and three cases of homebrew (Caribou Slobber, Raspberry Wheat, and Dead Ringer) all have frozen or at least appear frozen in the bottle. I have read where the freezing itself isn't to bad on the beer but my question is when I bring the bottles in to drink should I open them first and let thaw....or keep capped thaw then open?

My thoughts are to open and let thaw so thawing process doesn't build a bunch of pressure in the bottles. Any thoughts welcome.
