Funny but true: I did not know this place. So I just googled “natural bridge”. Lo and behold, that was the actual name of the place. And not too far from me, either.

The skyline picture on the wall is Blackfriar's Bridge and St. Paul's Cathedral in London, so that's what I say it is.

Yes, this is a photo of the pedestrian tunnel under Blackfriars Bridge, which was nicely redone at some point with tiles representing the history of the bridge. There was a skyline, as you noted, but it was Meta, which now is a thing.

What I thought was funny was you said "no actual skyline," but your picture has a picture of a skyline, in fact it's own skyline.
