Technically...Innopolis is a very small town (pop. 96). The city I posted was the last to be established.

Not sure what the answer was. Also, find it odd that the correct answer was revealed in a PM. And that guesses get changed, etc. It's not important, of course, just a dumb game on the webz, but I don't understand what's going on and it's causing me to lose interest altogether.
