OK. This is NOT my picture. Please don't Google it. :)

From what it says where I got the pic, no. :)
EDIT: I checked out what you posted, and it looks the same to me. Google said it was "West Harbor." :) You're up

Sorry, I changed my post right away to fairport. Anyway, It's a pretty neat story behind that place. Apparently some lady bought it and has been attempting to fix it up as a summer retreat for her family.

I got it really quickly after seeing the lighouse lens, and the frozen lake beyond (not an ocean lighthouse). So I assumed it was on one of the great lakes, and was under restoration (see fence) and it popped right up.

Nope, Oldenberg it is. Whoops!

Edit: I take it back. Again. I think it's Munster, umlaut and all.

Haha, you guys are conflicted. In the 1500's, the catholic church would have caged you, hoisted you and your buddy JB up high, and let the birds pick at you for a few years. 500 yrs later, the cages are still there - amazing I think.

If you like a good story, check out the Anabaptists and the Münster Rebellion. Or have Dan Carlin tell you all about it here (4.5 hr podcast, but another Dan Carlin gem for sure if you like history).

Münster it is. HarborTown is up.

You got it. If you turn 180 degrees you have this iconic view below. Your up!

I took a lot of those kind of pictures when I travelled to places in the navy.

Take the tourist picture, turn around & take a picture of what faces the tourist picture

Favorite one was from the Great Pyramids of Egypt. Always had the assumption they were in the middle of the desert, but in actuality, they are at the edge of the city of Cairo.
