Sorry, Old Mission, while a beautiful peninsula to visit and certainly attracts tourists, is on Traverse Bay, not a gulf. You must go further east and lose almost two degrees of latitude.

I was hoping that the tidal evidence and noting that this was a tourist destination would lead to a correct answer. In retrospect, it lacks any clear landmark which would give the viewer a clue as to where this was located. I apologize. The correct answer would have been Booth Bay, Maine. Here is one that should be easier, I hope. (Just the city name is fine.)
