Super Mad Honey is a renowned Nepalese brand that is sold worldwide. I know this firsthand because I’m from Nepal.

Two good sources I have used;

This one also is worth considering:

I ordered a 5 gallon pail (60 lbs.) from Desert Creek Honey via Amazon with free shipping. It is partially Tallow Tree honey, which has a distinctive flavor. I like it a lot for traditional meads. For melomels or methylgins, I would prefer a more mild flavored honey such as wild flower or clover.

Upon receiving my 5 gallon bucket of honey, I immediately poured it into 1/2 gallon mason jars for storage. Eventually it will crystalize, and it is a lot easier to heat very gently to reliquify it in mason jars.

If you are not sure you will like a particular honey, I suggest you start with a smaller quantity. Then, when you identify a honey that you like, you can get a 5 gallon bucket.
